根据项目建设的依据和原则，结合惠城区自然地理条件，规划在芦洲镇龙颈村、大兴村、岚石村、军田村、岚田村、輋洞村，横沥镇小岚村、建安村、潭头村、横星村等地建设生物防火林带，生物防火林带原则上沿山脊线开设，根据地形地貌，尽量与林区公路、河流等形成闭合，达到最佳防火效果。防火林带具体位置见作业设计图。规划总长度32855米，宽度18米，折算面积887亩。
